Castle Roofing layed a new roof on my home two weeks ago. They were timely when delivering the shingles as well as the dumpster. They began a bit before 7 am and finished around 6 pm or so. I had to have 20 pieces of plywood replaced and they let me know before they did it and my gutters were not in good shape and they also removed them and threw in their dumpster. I must correct this review due to the owner coming out today to fully explain and to offer a resolution to my concern...Before what was lacking was follow up on my concern: Once the job was completed almost a yr ago follow up was needed. There was a misunderstanding on the charge for the facial boards. They did delay a bit but Mr. Rainer the actual [ Owner] did come out today to speak to me and walked me through the entire service on my home.Sales rep Joel was very professional and kind. Previously I had several estimates on my home and I decided to go with Castle roofing because my husband had used them before years ago and because of Joel's professionalism and he was always available to answer all my questions and concerns so I selected Castle.I had a new roof as well as portions of new facial board pcs installed by Castle last year in March. From start to finish they were very professional and detailed in their work. They also cleaned the property leaving it without any nails or debris. Now I was concerned about the charge for the facial boards replaced.. I thought they had over charged me for 90ft of board . I called last year after the last hurricane to get my new roof inspected to ensure all was okay and at the same time Ramon had his team inspect and re-measure the area of boards replaced. Ramon determined it was 9ft. in stead of 90ft"[ which his measurements were inaccurate]So I thought they owed me a refund right!! I even spoke to the owner Rainier last year and he reassured me that if I was over charged he would make sure I would be reimbursed the difference. I waited almost a year for follow-up on this. I actually called and spoke to Jody in the office and she was very sweet and attentive to my concerns. She took the message "but" no-one had returned my calls to care for my concern. As of this week I got a call from Rainier agreeing to meet with me. Which we did meet today 02.24.23 and we resolved this issue!!. I'm truly grateful for his time and being sincere about why there was such a delay. He honestly thought his team had resolved the issue before now and was unaware I had not been taken care of. As a part of being a "great business" is not just taking money for the services but also standing by your customer and following up on their concerns... And I was impressed with Mr. Rainiers coming out at 7:00am to resolve this! Thank you for your integrity.

Castle installed the roof on our mid-century modern home which has a low (flat) pitch. Our only option was a rolled roof, which typically are pretty hideous looking. Castle helped us pick an option that ended up looking nice once it was installed. They even came back and made some minor repairs to our fireplace, which was not their responsibility.
